Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the upside, the rooms were really nice with balconies and a great view over Ortisei, but unfortunately, they only offer those to direct customers. The service was friendly and helpful, although the language skills were lacking. The location, while beautiful, might not be ideal for those relying on public transport. The dining options were decent but could have been better. Overall, a comfortable stay with some drawbacks.
